Learn about the art of natural dyeing by taking one of my workshops. This fun and aesthetically pleasing workshop will teach you how to create lovely patterns on fiber by using flowers, and other natural materials you can find in your home and garden.  We begin by learning about different fibers and how to treat your fabric to take on the dye and then dive into exploration by creating our own personalized sample swatches. After viewing our results each participant will create a silk scarf of his or her own creation.  All materials will be provided along with a list of resources and books for further exploration for your natural dye journey.
